Walk-in || Fresher - Trainee AR Analyst - Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee AR Analyst to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The selected candidates will be trained in Accounts Receivable processes, including claim follow-up, denial management, payment analysis, and resolving outstanding insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding medical insurance claims.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections.
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain claim status and payment information.
• Update accurate information in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to process guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Candidates interested in the Healthcare RCM domain are preferred.
