Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Obtain accurate insurance coverage details from insurance carriers.
• Ensure all information collected complies with client and process requirements.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to resolve queries and obtain required authorizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in the system.
• Adhere to quality standards, productivity targets, and turnaround times.
• Analyze insurance information and take appropriate actions based on coverage details.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC/10+2 qualification.
• Any graduate is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior experience (0-1 year) in a US Calling Process will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
