• Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Fresher
• Experience: Freshers (01 year)
• Location: KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• CTC: 2.04 LPA (including PF)

Job Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and the hiring process.
• Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Working Days & Timings:

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

• Candidates residing near our KPHB, Kukatpally office or within a commutable distance are preferred.
