Time: 10AM to 6 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive to sell our companys franchise opportunities. The role involves lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, and closing franchise deals.

The sales target is 3 franchises per month, and attractive incentives will
be provided after target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate potential franchise leads
Explain the company franchise business model to prospects
Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations with interested candidates
Close minimum 3 franchise deals per month
Maintain lead data and follow-up status
Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding

Target & Incentives:

Monthly Target: 3 franchise sales
Incentives: Paid after achieving the monthly target
Additional performance-based rewards may apply

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher can also Join and experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
