We are hiring for positions at KOTAK 811 FOS
Position: Field Sales Executive (FOS)
Location: Chennai
Employment: Full-Time
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Requirement: Android smartphone with 4G connectivity
Documents: PAN Card & Aadhaar Card mandatory
IIBF Certification is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to drive digital customer acquisition for Kotak account openings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets across Straight-Through Processing (STP) activities.
- Complete lead processing within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT) set by reporting managers.
Note: Fixed payout slabs are also available based on monthly lead achievement, with additional incentives linked to targets.
