Job Description:

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer/client relationships, resolving issues, understanding customer requirements and ensuring correct product information is communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer / client inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone & email
• Resolve customer issues promptly with accurate product information
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding order status, delivery & product info
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM

Requirements / Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3+ Years in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills (English, Hindi & Regional language preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Education: any graduate
