Walk-in For Recruiter - BFSI and US HR Roles

Responsible for hiring professionals across Finance & Accounting and/or Human Resources Operations (HRO) functions, managing end-to-end recruitment, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding while ensuring quality hiring and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring for F&A and/or HRO functions including AP, AR, R2R, GL, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Shared Services.

Understand business requirements and create effective candidate sourcing and hiring strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and assess candidates based on HRO experience, functional expertise, communication skills, and role requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.

Evaluate candidates with experience in HRIS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR shared services.

Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding/onboarding activities.

Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, skill gaps, and hiring priorities.

Maintain candidate information and recruitment progress in ATS/HRIS systems.

Track hiring metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment SLAs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

Support continuous improvement of HRO hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and recruitment quality.

Experience Required:

2 to 6 years of experience in Hiring for F&A/BFSI and/or US HR roles.
