Role & responsibilities

Junior Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance of glove manufacturing machines as per the schedule.
• Perform breakdown troubleshooting and minor corrective maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Handle installation, setting and adjustment of glove manufacturing machines.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety guidelines.
• Interact with machine manufacturers, part suppliers and service providers for technical support and parts procurement.
• Ensure availability of the critical spare parts to reduce machine down time.
• Follow safety guideline and standard operating procedures.
• Perform Kaizen activities to improve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and overall operational efficiency

Machine Experience Preferred:

• Spinning Mills, Flat knitting, Circular Knitting, Weaving, Looms.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: 10th,Plus Two, ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Textile.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years

Key Competencies:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine overhauling and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.

Preferred candidate profile : ITI-Fitter or ITI-Mechanics or Dip-Mechanical , Freshers can walk-in.
