Position: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.

• Resolve customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach during every interaction.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
