Walk-in For Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive overall branch business growth and achieve targets across CASA, Assets, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.
• Lead customer acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Manage, guide, and motivate branch sales and service teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor branch productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, branch campaigns, and market visits for business generation.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and key local influencers.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Support branch operations, cash management, and process governance as per bank policies.
• Prepare and review branch MIS, performance reports, and action plans for business growth.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or BFSI sector.
• Experience in branch banking, team handling, sales, and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products including CASA, Loans, Wealth, Insurance, and Investments.
• Proven track record of achieving business, revenue, and branch growth targets.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital banking platforms.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
