Walk-in || Floor Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day activities on the sales floor.
• Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Allocate staff duties and ensure proper floor coverage.
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and support the sales team in closing sales.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales-related reports.
• Track individual employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding sales, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and sales processes are followed.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
• Conduct regular team briefings regarding targets, offers, products, and customer service.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth branch operations.
• Support stock-related activities and ensure products are handled according to company procedures.
• Monitor competitors, customer feedback, and market trends where required.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and customer-friendly environment on the showroom floor.
