Walk-in || Floor Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and sales team activities.
• Guide and motivate sales executives to achieve targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure excellent service.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with billing, inventory and management teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 25 years of experience in retail/jewellery showroom preferred.
• Good communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, responsible and well-groomed.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
