Walk-in || Fleet Monitoring Executive GPS and Vehicle Tracking

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time location and movement of company vehicles through GPS tracking systems.
• Track vehicle routes, trips, stoppages, idle time and movement history.
• Identify unauthorised stoppages, route deviations, excessive idling and unusual vehicle activities.
• Track vehicle reporting, loading, unloading and trip completion.
• Coordinate with drivers and field supervisors regarding vehicle movements and delays.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of relevant experience in fleet monitoring, GPS tracking, vehicle telematics or transport operations.
• Practical experience using GPS tracking software and fleet management platforms.
• Understanding of commercial vehicle operations, vehicle movement and fuel consumption.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based reporting.
• Ability to analyse GPS data, trip reports, diesel records and vehicle performance.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Experience working with heavy commercial vehicles, transport companies or logistics fleets will be preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS device troubleshooting, fuel monitoring systems and vehicle telematics will be an added advantage.
