International Voice Support Telecom Process

Position: International Voice Support Executive
Process: Telecom / Customer Support

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international telecom customers.
• Assist customers with mobile plans, network issues, billing, SIM-related queries, and service requests.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Upsell higher-value plans, upgrades, and additional services.
• Cross-sell relevant telecom products and services.
• Achieve customer service and sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate call records.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling international customers.
• Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
