International Voice Process UK Shift

Position: International Voice Process Executive

Process: UK Customer Support

Shift: UK Shift / Rotational Shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational 2 days off

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
• Update customer information and call details in the system.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Candidate Requirements
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in UK shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
