Hiring for International Voice Process UK Telecom Support

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good English communication skills to join our UK Telecom Customer Support process.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK telecom services.
  
• Assist customers with billing, broadband, network, and account-related queries.
  
• Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Explain telecom plans, offers, and services.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow quality standards.
  

Job Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls (two-way calling).
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers are eligible
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills required
• Process: International Voice Inbound & Outbound (Two-Way Calling)
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Week Offs: Rotational weekly offs
• Incentives: Unlimited incentives with high earning potential
