Role & responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and provide professional customer support.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers.
  
• Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
  
• Maintain excellent communication and customer-handling standards.
  
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
  
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  

Shift & Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  
• Rotational weekly offs based on business requirements.
  
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment.
