Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable handling international customer calls.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the employer's eligibility criteria.
