Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with basic technical/service-related issues.
• Understand customer concerns and provide step-by-step solutions using standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Guide customers through basic device, software, internet, or service-related troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• No advanced technical knowledge required.
• Comfortable working with international customers and rotational/night shifts.
