Position: International Voice Process Executive

Department: Customer Support / BPO

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
• Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and meet quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines.
• Achieve assigned performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates with BPO/customer-service experience are preferred; freshers may also be considered depending on the process.
