Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Update customer information and call details in the CRM.
• Follow quality and process guidelines.
• Meet performance targets such as AHT, Quality, CSAT, and productivity.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Candidates with international voice/BPO experience will have an added advantage.
