Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.

Eligibility

• Excellent English communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
