Job Description: International Semi-Voice Support Executive

Job Role: International Semi-Voice Process Associate

Process: International Customer Support

• Working Days: 5 days a week
  
• Weekly Offs: 2 days off per week
  
• Shift Timing: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
  
• Process Type: Voice and non-voice support
  
• Communication: English
  
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to company requirements.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
  
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide accurate information.
  
• Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
  
• Communicate effectively with international customers in English.
  
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Good English communication skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  
• Flexibility to work according to international business hours.
  
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  

Work Schedule

• 5 working days and 2 weekly offs.
  
• Rotational shift timings, including night shifts.
  
• Weekly offs may be rotational.
  
• Cab facilities and other benefits depend on company policy.
