Job Role

• Handle customer queries through voice calls, chat, and email.
• Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
• Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the company system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

Required Skills

• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing skills.
• Ability to understand different English accents.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers may also be eligible, depending on the company.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
