Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests through international email support.
  
• Respond to emails professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
  
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
  
• Make or receive occasional calls for clarification, verification, or issue resolution.
  
• Maintain a professional tone in both written and verbal communication.
  
• Update customer information and interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data-security procedures.
  
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Good email-writing and grammar skills.
  
• Basic to good communication skills for occasional calls.
  
• Good typing and computer skills.
  
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to multitask and work with international customers.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
  

Qualification

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
  
• Freshers can apply.
  
• Previous experience in international email, chat, or semi-voice support is an advantage.

This is primarily an Email Process with limited/occasional voice interaction, not a complete voice process.
