**Job Description:**

- Provide real-time chat support for international customers, mainly in English-speaking regions.

- Respond promptly and clearly to customer queries related to products, orders, and general support.

- Maintain excellent written communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Resolve issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

- Keep accurate records of interactions in the system.

- Meet performance goals related to quality and response time.

- Work flexible shifts based on international time zones.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Good typing speed and basic computer skills.

- Ability to handle customer issues patiently and effectively.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- 2-way cab facility is provided for safe and convenient daily commute.
