Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions through international chat support.
• Communicate professionally with customers using clear and grammatically correct English.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English writing skills are mandatory.
• Excellent English speaking skills are mandatory.
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and sentence construction.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts, including weekends if required.

• Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant communication skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
