Position: International Voice Process Executive Banking

Take-home Salary: 19,000/month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking customers.
• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, cards, payments, and basic banking services.
• Verify customer information and follow required security procedures.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide accurate information.
• Explain banking products, services, and processes clearly to customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow banking compliance, quality, and data-security guidelines.
• Achieve assigned targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
• Comfortable speaking with international customers.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.
