Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our UK Telecom International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns related to telecom products and services.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve performance metrics.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
