Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with UK customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within the defined timelines.

• Qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate, depending on company requirements.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Communication: Good spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Customer Handling: Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office.
• Language: Good English fluency; UK customer-handling experience is an advantage.
• Shift: Willingness to work according to UK process timings.
