• Handle customer interactions for UK Telecom customers via voice support.
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet performance and productivity targets.
• Upsell relevant products and services based on customer requirements.
