Channel: Direct Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business through company-provided leads, cold calling, references and personal/professional networks.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products based on their financial and protection needs.

* Meet prospective customers, conduct product presentations and convert leads into business.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

* Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products to existing customers.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to ensure successful closures.

* Provide quality customer service and assist customers with policy-related queries and requirements.

* Maintain daily sales reports, lead updates and other required MIS.

* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Profile:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 0–5 years of experience; freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also be considered.

* Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented with a strong inclination towards sales.

* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to meet customers and work in the field when required.
