Walk-in || Financial Services Consultant ( Sales Executive )

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a network of insurance advisors through personal contacts, professional networks, and referrals.
• Explain the advisor opportunity and guide candidates through the required training, IC-38 examination, and appointment process.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in generating quality business leads.
• Meet prospective customers directly, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Generate customer leads independently and convert potential prospects into policy sales.
• Achieve advisor recruitment and insurance business targets within the stipulated timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers to support long-term business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates interested in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to meet customers directly through field visits and face-to-face interactions.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
