Role Overview

Fraud & Dispute Analyst (Voice Process)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Fraud & Dispute Analysts (Voice Process).

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities while handling customer disputes, chargebacks, and compliance-related concerns. You will play a critical role in safeguarding customers and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC up to 7.5 LPA, or 30% to 40% hike on the last drawn CTC, whichever is lower.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Crime & Compliance, Fraud Operations, Disputes, Chargebacks, or related domains.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Walk-in Drive: Monday to Friday (Till 15 September 2026)
Timing: 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Shifts: Rotational Shifts
