Job Summary:

Blueberry Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to support the team with data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate reports within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
• Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and update databases and records regularly.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide timely support for ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of MIS and data reporting.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA
