Walk-in || Finance Manager

Publish consolidated and channel-wise MIS by the 10th of every month company-owned, cinema, JV and franchise channels

Produce outlet-wise P&L for all locations with variance against budget and prior period

Own cost-centre accounting: allocate rent, payroll, R&M, utilities, marketing and central overhead to the correct outlet and channel, with no unallocated buckets

Maintain a monthly rolling cash flow with 13-week visibility and flag stress before it arrives

Prepare JV entity P&L: separate books, partner-share computation, management fee, royalty and ad-fund workings per the JV agreement

Reconcile MIS to Tally every month and close the gap to zero; any variance above 1,00,000 must carry a written explanation in the MIS pack

Monthly Reviews

Run monthly performance reviews with outlet managers and channel heads present the P&L, drive the variance conversation, convert it into actions

Maintain the action tracker and escalate repeat misses

Books, Payables and Compliance

Own monthly closing in Tally Prime

Own accounts payable and vendor advances, including a monthly ageing schedule with recovery status on every advance above 50,000

Reconcile vendor, bank, POS and aggregator accounts (Zomato, Swiggy commission, deductions, settlement timing)

Prepare GST returns and TDS workings and challans; coordinate with our CA firm for filing and sign-off

Prepare schedules for statutory audit and support finalisation with external auditors

Maintain the fixed asset register, CAPEX tracker, and security deposit and rental advance register
