Walk-in || Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Record and verify sales and purchase invoices, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.
• Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers for timely payment follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor payment schedules and process approved payments within timelines.
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and customer/vendor ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain sales, purchase, and expense registers.
• Prepare and reconcile data for GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return documentation.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliation with HR/payroll records.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Prepare periodic Finance MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, auditors, accountants, and statutory consultants.
• Provide necessary documentation and information for financial and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: Relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Location: Candidates should be comfortable working from our Pune office in Kalyani Nagar.
• Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
