Walk-in || Final Review Management Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Role Purpose

Lead the final verification layer and ensure reports, evidence and escalations from dedicated monitoring teams are accurate,

complete and management-ready.

This role supports the RIMS Remote Monitoring operation managed from Noida for a large Medical College & Hospital campus in Raipur,

Chhattisgarh, covering the Hospital, Medical College, Hostels and associated facilities. The Manager must be capable of remote

management, multi-team coordination, MIS control and timely escalation.

2. Scope of Teams / Operations

• CCTV Monitoring Team
• Helpdesk / Ticket Creation & Resolution Team
• Video Call Inspection Team for Hospital, College & Hostels
• Pharmacy Audit Team
• Other monitoring/MIS teams

3. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final verification of daily monitoring reports.
• Validate photos, videos, timestamps, locations and supporting evidence.
• Check Hospital, College, Hostel and campus coverage.
• Reject incomplete, inaccurate or unsupported reports for correction.
• Escalate patient-safety, security, infrastructure and critical operational issues.
• Prepare consolidated daily/weekly management MIS.
• Maintain exception log and drive correction of repeated reporting errors.
• Coordinate remotely with Raipur managers and on-ground teams.
• Ensure approved formats, timelines and SOPs are followed.
