Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for MFI, MAB, and Home Loan products.
• Conduct daily field visits to meet prospective customers and generate business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Collect customer documents and ensure proper KYC verification.
• Achieve monthly business targets through field sales and customer acquisition.
• Follow up with customers for loan applications, documentation, and processing.
• Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking procedures.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience in field sales within banking, NBFC, MFI, microfinance, MAB, or home loan sectors.
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and KYC processes is preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered, depending on business requirements.
