Walk-in Drive | Sales Executive | Retail Branch Banking

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is hiring Sales Executives for Retail Branch Banking.

Products: Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), Insurance

Locations: Manesar, CR Park, Saket, Faridabad, Malviya Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, South Extension, South City II (Gurugram), and Najafgarh.

Role & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, FDs, and other banking products.
• Generate business through field sales, referrals, and market outreach activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and branch business goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of sales experience (Banking/BFSI/Insurance/Telecom preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with good customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and geography will be an advantage.
