Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field work, outside sales activities, and credit card sales.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan sales, banking sales, insurance sales, casa sales, and other financial products.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in field sales or related fields (banking sales, credit card sales).
  
• Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
