Walk-in || Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and direct marketing activities.
• Promote and sell Unsecured Loan products as per company guidelines.
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential customer segments.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Maintain productivity metrics including lead generation, customer meetings, and loan disbursements.
• Ensure quality sourcing within defined risk and compliance parameters.
• Regularly update sales activities and customer interactions in company systems.

Documentation & Process Management

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting teams for smooth application processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation before submission.
• Follow up on loan applications until disbursement.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and company policies.

Customer Service

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Address customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships to enhance business growth.
