Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to build and grow our network of used two-wheeler dealer partners. This role involves onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new used two-wheeler dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
• Visit dealer showrooms regularly to understand their requirements and ensure continued engagement.
• Drive dealer activation and increase business from assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, onboarding activities, and sales performance.
• Achieve monthly dealer onboarding and business targets.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Dealer Management.
• Experience in the automobile or used two-wheeler industry is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and dealer ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• For Pune: Marathi/Hindi proficiency is preferred.
