Two-Wheeler Mandatory | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through field visits and local market activities.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Conduct field-level recruitment drives and generate quality candidate leads.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups until joining.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 18,000 23,000
• Incentives: Up to 8,000
• Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
• PF & ESI: Applicable
• Performance Bonus: Additional benefits based on performance
• Puja Allowance: Applicable for the East Region only

Total Monthly Earning Potential: 26,000+ (including incentives, subject to eligibility and performance)

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
• Strong candidate sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
