Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard delivery partners for Swiggy.
• Conduct field recruitment activities in assigned locations.
• Identify potential candidates through market visits, references, and local hiring activities.
• Explain job details, earning opportunities, incentives, and working process to candidates.
• Collect and verify required candidate documents.
• Assist candidates with the registration and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the onboarding/support team to complete joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates until they successfully start working.
• Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly delivery partner hiring targets.
• Conduct local promotional activities to attract new candidates.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile
