Walk-in || Field Recruiter-Technical

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-IT positions.
• Maintain a strong candidate database for technical hiring.
• Travel to client sites and conduct field-level recruitment activities as required.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local networks.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and non-IT recruitment.
• Strong candidate database and sourcing skills.
• Must be willing to travel to client sites and recruitment locations.
