Field HR Recruiter – Off-Roll

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and delivery operations at the Kaniyur location.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct field recruitment and bulk hiring for warehouse/delivery roles.

* Source candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, social media and local networks.

* Conduct walk-in drives, screening and initial interviews.

* Coordinate candidate documentation, background verification and joining formalities.

* Ensure candidates join as per the manpower requirement and hiring targets.

* Follow up with selected candidates until joining and reduce dropouts.

* Maintain daily recruitment/MIS reports and share hiring updates with the Operations/HR team.

* Build and maintain local candidate networks around Kaniyur and Coimbatore.

* Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for manpower planning.

Eligibility

* Graduate / Diploma preferred.

* 0–3 years of recruitment experience.

* Experience in blue-collar, warehouse, logistics, delivery or bulk hiring will be an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication and field-hiring interest can also apply.

* Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable with field work and recruitment targets.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
