Walk-in || Fashion Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for passionate Fashion Consultants to join KALKI Fashion and deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
• Recommend outfits and provide personalised styling advice.
• Drive individual sales targets, conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Handle bridal, couture, ethnic and occasion-wear customers.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, appointments and pending purchases.
• Support cross-selling and upselling across collections.
• Coordinate with Stock and Alteration teams for smooth customer service.
• Maintain excellent grooming, product knowledge and store standards.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in fashion, ethnic wear, bridal, luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused personality.
