Walk-in || Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end processing workflows of raw Toor dal, ensuring output targets are consistently met across all commercial grades (Dhada, Phatka, Sava).
• Yield & Quality Analysis: Monitor daily yield metrics, taking corrective actions to optimize the extraction of premium grades while accurately tracking byproduct volumes (Nuka and husk).
• Equipment Utilization & Maintenance: Oversee the operation of all milling, grading, and packaging machinery. Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule plant operators and floor staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to manage inbound raw material logistics, monitor inventory levels, and ensure outbound finished goods are ready for dispatch.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict operational protocols, health and safety regulations, and facility hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-6 years of supervisory experience in agricultural processing, specifically in pulse/dal milling or grain processing facilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of processing equipment, milling machinery, and yield analysis methodologies.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a blue-collar workforce on the factory floor.
• Problem-Solving: Quick on-the-feet thinking to troubleshoot equipment bottlenecks and adjust processing workflows dynamically.
• Communication: Fluency in Telugu is essential for managing local staff; proficiency in English or Hindi is a strong advantage.
