Walk-in || Facility Coordinator

MANDATORY QUALIFCATION

BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

At least 8 years of experience in handling the Operation & Maintenance of clients' floors

RESPONSIBILITY

The Facility Coordinator is responsible to ensure all contract deliverables under given guidance of Facility Head.

JOB ROLE

• Daily meetings with the client and acting as first point of contact for all requirements.
• Daily meeting with Team for reviewing previous day's work, day plan & critical action.
• Daily floor utility walk-around of critical locations.
• Responsible for delivery of agreed Engineering and Maintenance related services.
• Responsible for managing AMCs and deliverable as per their scope of work.
• Checking of all weekly reports & signing off the documents including daily checklists, data checklists & AMC reports.
• Preparing monthly reports and presenting updates to the management.
• Supporting administrative and operational functions as needed.
• Communicating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Capturing & reporting all unsafe acts & conditions observed during walk-around.
• Tracking of internal & external Audits/ Certifications/ Visit findings & drive towards closure.
• Daily review of DMR.
• Daily tracking of Energy consumption of Facility. Updating & sharing tracker.
• Tracking of Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan & providing consolidated report.
• Managing Inventory control and compliances.
• Consolidating facility maintenance requirement.
• Ensuring systems are running at expected performance levels.
• Preparing and communicating pricing quotes and estimates with the client.
